- Developed infrastructure for an ERP implemenation at a federaly funded research center with 10,000 users. Partcipated in the ERP selection and deployment.
- Implemented Sales and Marketing portion of a large, global SAP ERP solution. System eliminated duplicate and redundant data sources. Ensured end to end tests covered the interfaces and functionality of the new system. Core member of the ERP selection committee.
- Performed a business systems assessment and developed a detailed plan and approach for replacement of the legacy ERP system at a Southern California Fabless Semi-Conductor company.
- Implemented order processsing, inventory and accounting system including user support, network support and systems management for a Direct Mail Marketing firm supporting significant company growth and increased profits.
- Implemented inventory, accounting and payroll systems for an aircraft repair company reducing operational costs and time to prepare bills while improving inventory control.
- Managed the design and implementation of a customer order processing system for a high-volume mail order software firm resulting in improved order processing and decreased costs
- Supported acquisitions and reorganizations for a publicly held corporation; merged and integrated accounting and finanical systems, reducing operating costs.
- Selected and deployed a CRM solution to 500 field
sales people for initial release. Subsequent release expanded
to 1,200 field staff and implemented a standard selling
model. CRM capability supported a five-fold increase in
company sales.
- Created a single customer master data management and field
alignment system which was a first for a large
BioPharmaceutical company. Expanded capability to enable a 360
degree view of the customer at enterprise level, capturing all
interactions from research to sales, while meeting all
regulatory standards.
- Implementated a Global Competitive Intelligence
(CI) platform across Sales, Marketing, Research and
Development at a large BioTech. Replaced the fragmented processes and tools that
were in place. The new capability enabled the firm to better
understand the CI landscape and change business strategies
appropriately.
- Implementated a USA focused Competitive Intelligence
(CI) gathering system for a mid size BioTech company utilizing rapid development methodologies.
The system was oriented to gathering information at congresses.
- Implemented capability to automate the acquisition and
reporting of all syndicated data from multiple third party
vendors resulting in significant cost savings to the company,
as many in house business units were duplicating the
expense.
- Deployed a single reporting platform that replaced multiple
legacy reporting tools. Prior to delivery, no single version
of the reporting truth existed. Resulting implementation won
the Computer World Best Practice Business Intelligence
Infrastructure award in 2005.
