During the acquisition of a large out of state BioTech in 2002 led the computer infrastructure group at a large BioTech firm. Computer infrastructures were successfully merged on day one of the acquision.
Implemented a Business and IT change management program for the Commercial Function of a large BioTech. Resulted in a dramatic reduction of outages to less than one per quarter and enabled the IT department to support a five-fold expansion of sales without a budget increase.
