mapped out the core systems, business
processes and identified key staff training needs. Created
report mapping out the potential improvements and their
relative importance.

Acquisition and IT integration
- During the acquisition of a large out of state BioTech in
2002 led the computer infrastructure group at a large
BioTech firm. Computer infrastructures were successfully
merged on Day One of the acquision.
Business and IT Change Management
- Implemented a Business and IT change management program
for the Commercial Function of a large BioTech. Resulted
in a significant reduction of outages to less than one per
quarter and enabled the IT department to support a
five-fold expansion of sales and marketing function without a budget
increase.
Information Architecture
- Prepared first company wide IT architecture strategic
plan for a large BioTech company. The plan allowed IT
senior management to prioritize projects and support
five-fold increase in company's size.
- Implemented a Project Management Web Portal capability at a Fortune 500 corporation to
provide access to Product Program metrics, status tracking
and shared calendar. As a result Project Managers were
able to more effectively communicate and share information
with their leadership, peer groups and sub teams.

- Created approach to management development
of a multi-billion dollar, multi-country implemented deep
space mission to Saturn. Enable NASA/JPL to understand at
all times the risks to the development schedule. An
article describing the process was published
