- Implemented a Project Management Web Portal capability at a Fortune 500 corporation to provide access to Product Program metrics, status tracking and shared calendar. As a result Project Managers were able to more effectively communicate and share information with their leadership, peer groups and sub teams.
Aerospace Program Management
- Created approach to manage the development of a multi-billion dollar, multi-country deep space mission to Saturn. Enabled NASA/JPL to understand at all times the risks to the development schedule. The following article describing the process was published.

Master Data Management Project Management
- Provided Project Management for a Master Data Management project at a large So Cal BioTech company and then became the Director of the Information System implementation team. Established both project and change management prioritization business and system processes that increased visibility into resource estimation, staff skills and budget. Resulting implementation won the Computer World Best Practice Business Intelligence Infrastructure award in 2005.
